Avoid this establishment at all costs. Initially pleasant, but turned me around to reveal a disastrous haircut. Uneven, sticking out pieces, completely disregarded my desired style after multiple explanations. Blamed me for the outcome, gave me a boyish cut. Refunded my money, but left me feeling violated. When my mother contacted the salon after seeing my hair, the stylist shifted blame to me, claiming I asked for a shorter cut which was untrue. Cut my hair dry without wetting it, citing a desire to show the dry look. Unprofessional, no apology, and fabricated excuses. Wore sunglasses indoors while cutting my hair, adding to the bizarre experience.
