Avoid this establishment at all costs. Initially pleasant, but turned me around to reveal a disastrous haircut. Uneven, sticking out pieces, completely disregarded my desired style after multiple explanations. Blamed me for the outcome, gave me a boyish cut. Refunded my money, but left me feeling violated. When my mother contacted the salon after seeing my hair, the stylist shifted blame to me, claiming I asked for a shorter cut which was untrue. Cut my hair dry without wetting it, citing a desire to show the dry look. Unprofessional, no apology, and fabricated excuses. Wore sunglasses indoors while cutting my hair, adding to the bizarre experience. Most horrendous haircut I've ever received, it has left me in tears every time I see my reflection.
Had not had a trim since 2018, visited this spot and highly recommend it to everyone. Exceptional service, very welcoming and kind. Thank you, Nidia Cantu.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE SALON!!! My hair got completely fried off. She falsely claimed to be experienced with bleaching hair, but ended up burning my scalp and bleaching my hair six times in one day.
