Hanna is absolutely exceptional! I wish I could have her accompany me everywhere so I wouldn't have to search for a nail technician each time I travel for work!
Normally, I'm quite positive with my reviews but today I am truly dismayed by this establishment! Despite Alex being polite, the owner was insistent on hurrying me out as closing time approached. Their sibling also falsely praised my natural nails. Despite my prior explanation that I couldn't return the next day, they proceeded to remove my nails without warning me beforehand that there wouldn't be time for my new set! This is the worst customer service experience I've encountered at any business! I will never patronize this nail salon again! I caution others against visiting during closing hours or risk being rushed out abruptly or having the owner sweep up around your feet to close up shop. It's a shame because I admire Hanna's work, but I will not spend another cent in this establishment!
I was not very impressed with my pedicure or manicure; it felt like there was a rush during my manicure, resulting in cuts on two of my fingers. My pedicure seemed amateurish, and I am not entirely pleased, though I still left a generous tip. I likely won't return. 👎
