I adore this salon, I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. I visited on the 14th for a full set of nails. They looked stunning, and I was thrilled with them. I decided to try a new technician since the other two women I usually go to were not available. However, two nails have already fallen off, and the rest are loose. This has never happened before. Furthermore, I was charged an incorrect amount compared to the pricing chart they showed me. I didn't question it at the time because I was pleased with the outcome. I paid $55 for a simple set, but now, a few days later, they are coming off. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work.
