I visited the salon yesterday for a specific style and cut. I spent four hours there. I absolutely despise what I ended up with. Tears streamed down my face the entire way home. While I do like the color, the cut is completely off the mark. We had agreed to trim only 2 inches, but she took off way more. When she turned me around, I even exclaimed, "Oh... this is much shorter than I wanted." Her response was, "But it's cute, I love it." I reached out via email to express my disappointment since I paid $200 plus tip. Their response was that hair grows back and they offered me 3 free deep conditioning washes. However, I don't want that. I want my hair back. Call me overly dramatic, but it took me years to grow my hair out to that length. I will upload photos so you all can see what I'm talking about. The first photo is the style I requested, but in black. The middle picture shows the length of my hair before, and the last photo is what I ended up with. Some may say it looks cute and good, but we did not agree on cutting more than two inches. If you prefer to keep your hair at its current length, I would advise against going to this salon.
Dulce is meticulous and attentive to your desired hair look. She may work at a slower pace, but she consistently delivers excellent service in every appointment.
