My personal experience was quite disappointing. After my appointment was rescheduled by the salon to a week later than originally planned, I received three texts from Kaydee trying to move my appointment to an earlier time that suited her better. Upon arrival at the salon, I showed her a picture of the desired style, but an hour later my hair looked nothing like the picture and was uneven on both sides. I'm unsure if she was having a bad day or rushing, but my hair looks terrible and I wish I had canceled the appointment altogether. I do not recommend this place at all and believe I would have had better results at a different salon. Now, I'm eagerly waiting for my hair to grow back so I can have it styled properly again.
Absolutely impressed with this establishment. If I didn't relocate frequently, I would make this my regular salon. The women here are truly wonderful, talented, and professional. The atmosphere is simply delightful. Reagan styled my hair and I highly recommend her and the other stylists. She made my visit so relaxing and I left with the best hair I've ever had. She understood exactly what needed to be done to give my hair a clean, natural look for my job without drastically changing the aspects I loved. If you're contemplating a trim, cut, color, or anything else, don't hesitate, just go - you won't regret it!
Visited to rectify my hair roots after a DIY dye job. Reagan did an excellent job and was extremely pleasant throughout my appointment, even providing complimentary samples of various hair products. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The salon's interior is charming and the staff was all very friendly. I will definitely return for any future hair needs!
