My personal experience was quite disappointing. After my appointment was rescheduled by the salon to a week later than originally planned, I received three texts from Kaydee trying to move my appointment to an earlier time that suited her better. Upon arrival at the salon, I showed her a picture of the desired style, but an hour later my hair looked nothing like the picture and was uneven on both sides. I'm unsure if she was having a bad day or rushing, but my hair looks terrible and I wish I had canceled the appointment altogether. I do not recommend this place at all and believe I would have had better results at a different salon.
