I do my own manicure and pedicure, tried a lot of different places and salons, all the same: do not listen for your requests or simply do not a great work..... Yesterday decided to save some time and get it done first time in 3 years.... My friend recommended this salon, only good things about it... so I went... Place looks great inside, the front desk lady was quite nice as well, then I got seated and two ladies started the work... as for pedicure, the lady was nice but completely disregarded my comments, left nails of different length.... The manicure "professional" even though she seemed like she knows a lot about nails and was advising my pedicure lady on how to manage things, did the sloppy work... trying to do all the nails at once, well! News flash: gel is thick and tend to roll to the side you're leaning your finger to... so I spoke up... not only that she laughed in my face she made sure everyone who worked there knew what a stupid thing i said..... so i just watched and listened what they have to say and how they were trashing me in their native language, another news flash: i don't have perfect understanding but i did get a general idea of what they were talking about and what they were calling me!!! unacceptable!!! You're all just hoping that no one can understand you..... Nails turned out bumpy and have bubbles in the gel... very poorly done! NOT coming back and DO NOT recommend it!!! Unless you're OK with ppl being rude and trash talk about you in your face!.... not worth it...
I drive an hour to get my nails done here because they are simply the best in the Bay Area. Consistent and always so pleasant, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The best part is that unlike most nail salons where you need to see your particular esthetician to avoid potential nail disaster, here any esthetician is awesome, which makes booking appointments easy and stress free. Can’t recommend them enough!! 💅🏼✨
I’ve been a regular at Beauty Zone for a couple of years, as has my daughter. The salon is bright, well appointed, and has Wi-Fi. Their massage chairs are comfy and they have a wide variety of paint colors to choose from. The team is friendly and fast. My daughter always has special designs she wants done and they are always accommodating. A great neighborhood find!
