I have always adored this establishment. On Thursday, I arrived at 4:45pm. There were 3 patrons occupying the service chairs and one individual waiting to be seated. Shortly after my arrival, another customer entered. Around 5:15, the gentleman approached me, bypassing the customer who had arrived after me, and inquired if I could reschedule for the following day. This behavior was highly unprofessional. Alex did a fantastic job with my lashes and possesses extensive knowledge about them. Any questions I had, he had the perfect answer! The atmosphere was delightful. I even dozed off both times!
