I have always adored this establishment. On Thursday, I arrived at 4:45pm. There were 3 patrons occupying the service chairs and one individual waiting to be seated. Shortly after my arrival, another customer entered. Around 5:15, the gentleman approached me, bypassing the customer who had arrived after me, and inquired if I could reschedule for the following day. This behavior was highly unprofessional. I have made the firm decision to never patronize this establishment again!
Absolutely thrilled with my nails! This was our initial visit and we will definitely return for more pampering!
Holly is incredibly kind and attentive! She dedicated ample time to perfecting my nails, and the end result is simply flawless! I will definitely be a returning customer!
