My daughter had an appointment for makeup at a location in CA, they canceled last minute and we were referred to Beauty Suite. Michelle, the receptionist, was incredibly understanding and kind when she heard our dilemma. She managed to schedule my daughter in and they even managed to redo her hair, which was another issue. The initial job was really not up to par. She had a stylist and makeup artist work on her. The staff was exceptional and the results were absolutely stunning! I highly recommend them, they were professional, empathetic, and extremely talented. A beautiful, pristine location just 5 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge.
Had the most amazing experience with Jackson. My hair and makeup lasted all night, looked absolutely fabulous! I received an abundance of compliments. Highly recommend Jackson and the Beauty Suite. Incredibly professional and ensured I stayed within my time frame with time to spare!
Before it says that they aren’t able to locate me as a client, I’m writing from a cohosts account and will not be listed under this name. Encountered a miscommunication (on their part) that nearly derailed the timing and number of artists required for the event. Reached out multiple times via phone and email, even up to 48 hours prior to the event with no responses. Had to have a third party reach out to finally get a reply. Hair had to be redone on several individuals, they assured they could work on diverse features and unfortunately could not deliver (at least two individuals had to completely redo their makeup by other artists at the event, not by the artists from The Beauty Suite). The main guest of the event discussed with her artist about her foundation oxidizing after her initial trial and not wanting the same outcome. The artist insisted that the makeup did not oxidize and used the same foundation. As anticipated, her makeup did oxidize and she ended up looking orange for the event. Everyone was pleasant (with the exception of one individual on the phone) and they managed to create a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere on the day of the event. However, based on the salon's communication and the quality of the hair and makeup, I cannot recommend them.
