Do yourself a favor and drive to Stillwater instead. I've given them THREE opportunities to make things right, and they've failed each time! The manicures are below average; I just had one less than an hour ago, and it's already chipped, peeled, and bubbly. Additionally, they sloppily applied the polish, leaving half of it on my skin without cleaning it off. The salon consistently reeks of body odor and stale cigarettes and rarely appears clean. I've never witnessed them sanitizing between clients. The technician didn't even wash his hands after completing another client's nails before starting mine. DISGUSTING. They rush through everything; a shellac manicure should take more than 5 minutes, and a powder dip should take more than 10. Those were the actual times he spent on my nails. And unsurprisingly, both manicures were terrible! Paying $40 for their services is a rip-off; I wouldn't mind the price if the quality was decent, but their work doesn't even meet the minimum standards.
This establishment is terrible and disgustingly unclean. If I could rate it a NEGATIVE -99, that's the score I would give. Used nails and real nails from previous clients were scattered all over the tables and floor. Even though we were the first customers of the day, it seemed like nothing had been sanitized from the day before. We only noticed the filthiness after the treatment had begun. The technician kept pausing to browse Facebook and was quite impolite. We will never return to this nail salon. My daughter traveled from out of town to join me, and the technician charged her an extra $20 because she wanted her nails longer than her natural ones, which are typically short as she bites them. I assumed the purpose was to make them longer than her real nails, but she was penalized for that. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this nail salon, as it used to be our exclusive choice. NEVER AGAIN!!
The sole upside to this salon was the efficient and quick service. I visited twice for nail treatments and had disappointing experiences both times.
