I absolutely adore getting my hair trimmed and colored at this salon. It's not pricey at all.
Karen styled my hair poorly, Requested an A-line with volume, Suggested layers, I was unsure, Asked about length, I said not too short. After the cut, she offered to blow dry, Agreed, obviously, she blow dried. Inquired about the bump, she cut it dry to create one, Yet, no bump or A-line in sight. Charged $25, mentioned a fix would cost the same, Waited for another stylist, Who then explained the correct cut to me, Karen should've done that, her responsibility. During the explanation, an argument ensued, Unprofessional, arguing over another customer. Tried to blame me for lack of clarity, Left unhappy, tears in my car.
