Tiffany did an exceptional job! These nails are nearly a week old and they still look fantastic. I adore the shape and color, and they appear to be holding up quite well. I will definitely be returning to her.
I would rate it zero stars, if possible. I requested regular polish and received the worst manicure ever. I sat at the table for 50 minutes to dry, and less than 4 hours later, they look terrible. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was informed I had 3 days to have it redone. Due to my work schedule, I could only come in on Tuesday. I was told that my money wasn't important and that it was my issue. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed he might call me back if he found the time. Then, she claimed she was the manager and her name was Taylor. I don't believe her. They excel at pedicures here. Avoid the manicures and steer clear of regular polish! She disconnected the call on me twice.
I absolutely adore this nail salon! It's without a doubt my first choice. They're always accommodating and ready to fit me in, plus they exude professionalism. Alex was my nail technician and he truly outdid himself! He was incredibly meticulous, patient, and paid close attention to detail during my pedicure. I will certainly be returning. Their pedicure prices are also quite reasonable, starting at $35 and up.
