If possible, I would rate this establishment 0 stars. Each employee there is extremely disrespectful, and I will not be returning due to this experience. I took my daughter for ear piercing and was appalled to discover that the woman piercing my 5-year-old had just come in from outside, using a vape device. When I addressed this issue, she and a younger woman named Chloe, as per her name tag, laughed at me. I promptly requested to speak with a store manager as my daughter has asthma, and this situation could be harmful to her health. The manager also dismissed my concerns and even yelled at children for touching the toys! This establishment is not a safe environment for children to get pierced, and I highly doubt their credentials for performing piercings are legitimate.
We brought our 2-month-old baby to the establishment for ear piercing. My partner was quite anxious, but the individual performing the piercing did an excellent job at reassuring both my partner and our little girl. (I can't recall her name, but she mentioned she specializes in infant piercings)
The women present here secured a pair of rare earrings for my daughter, allowing us to retrieve them. She cherished a pair of earrings, but one got lost during our vacation. They truly saved the day!
