I arrived and was promptly attended to, but was informed that they were unable to cut my child's hair due to their unfamiliarity with handling "ethnic" hair. They proceeded to cut my other child's straight hair instead. Later, a stylist across the room asked me a question, but I couldn't hear her. When I requested her to repeat, she did so with a hint of attitude. Although she mentioned another stylist could handle my curly-haired son, the overall experience left me wanting to leave.
