If possible, I would rate this establishment 0 stars. Each employee there is extremely disrespectful, and I will not be returning due to this experience. I took my daughter for ear piercing and was appalled to discover that the woman piercing my 5-year-old had just come in from outside, using a vape device. When I addressed this issue, she and a younger woman named Chloe, as per her name tag, laughed at me. I promptly requested to speak with a store manager as my daughter has asthma, and this situation could be harmful to her health. The manager also dismissed my concerns and even yelled at children for touching the toys! I am thrilled that I scheduled a massage for myself. Jordan was incredibly welcoming and ensured I was at ease throughout the session.
