For two decades I've frequented this place and I ALWAYS depart content. My nails consistently appear impressive!! Amy, Michelle, Amy, Gam, and Sam are truly fantastic, they've established a pristine, soothing, familial setting. From acrylic, gelx, designs, dip, brows, lashes, and waxing, set aside a day and indulge yourself, you'll be pleased.
I tried to acquire a gel manicure as a walk-in. No one acknowledged me or inquired about my desired service as I waited in the lounge for 23 minutes.
UPDATE: I revisited for a pedicure with Michelle. My experience was delightful. I will revisit for pedicures. Amy and the other staff were amiable and warm. I valued their readiness to make amends. I'm pleased I gave it another shot.
