I absolutely adore having Samantha as my stylist. I've been going to her for years. From colors to cuts, washes, eyebrows, and even hairstyle ideas, she's fantastic.
Today, Thursday, May 23rd, I visited Smartstyle to discuss getting my hair colored. After detailing my preferences, I was informed the cost would exceed $200. Surprised by the significant price difference from my previous visit, I hesitated to escalate the issue. However, the stylist proceeded to loudly recount our conversation to the manager in front of everyone, which I found rude and unprofessional. She then insisted I return another day if I wanted the service.
The stylist was incredibly professional and did an outstanding job! My daughter is ecstatic about it!!
