Having owned a salon myself for over five decades, and with a bit of experience under my belt, I must say, Look No Further! Exceptional in every aspect! Word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising for a business, and I truly wish I could award them more stars. I reached out and Ben accommodated me last minute. I received the best gel manicure! He truly brightened my day! Talented, detail-oriented, and incredibly kind - all he wanted was to ensure my satisfaction so that I would return. The staff at this establishment exhibited shockingly poor manners. Following a month-long camping trip, I was aware that my nails needed attention. The individual attending to me remarked that it appeared as though I hadn't tended to my nails in a decade. He proceeded to insult me in various ways and then maintained silence for the remainder of the session. The pedicurist painted my nails in a manner reminiscent of a preschooler's artwork. Clearly, he needs to refine his skills in staying within the lines. My experience at this salon was subpar. Just relocated to this neighborhood from Tampa and decided to give this salon a shot. It took 3 hours and a quarter for my pedicure and dip powder, with the pedicure lacking hot stones or a decent massage. My dip powder application was constantly interrupted. Within 4 days, my pinky nail chipped, followed by my ring finger nail on day 5. They used low-quality powder; my previous one lasted flawlessly for 4.5 weeks. This was an amazing experience! Not only did I come here by myself, but I also brought my whole family. My son loves getting his haircuts and nails done here, he's five. And I also bring my wife here for pedicures, it's great to see her relax and unwind after a busy day. We always have a fantastic time here and appreciate the team and all the staff members. From the receptionists to the stylists, everyone is skilled, courteous, and fantastic! I particularly adore my nail technician, Stella, and my hairstylist, Jade. They are phenomenal!!!
