The staff at this establishment exhibited shockingly poor manners. Following a month-long camping trip, I was aware that my nails needed attention. The individual attending to me remarked that it appeared as though I hadn't tended to my nails in a decade. He proceeded to insult me in various ways and then maintained silence for the remainder of the session. The pedicurist painted my nails in a manner reminiscent of a preschooler's artwork. Clearly, he needs to refine his skills in staying within the lines. I have never felt compelled to leave such a scathing review before.
Can you ever go astray with Lionel Richie tunes? Absolutely not! Top-notch customer service, warm, friendly, and a neat environment with Lionel's melodies softly playing in the background 🎶. A delightful way to conclude my day. The staff here were incredibly accommodating. Despite my rushed arrival and late appointment, they managed their time efficiently. They made sure I had everything I needed before I left, even providing a bottled water. I am truly appreciative 😊. I highly recommend giving them a try for a similar delightful experience. #enjoy and make memories 💕💅🏼
I cannot adequately convey my deep disappointment. Even a novice in the realm of nail care would recognize the glaring errors here. Is it truly so challenging to obtain a legitimate certification? It seems these individuals are learning on the fly. After shelling out $50 for a refill, I wish I could speak with the owner. Yet, the real issue lies in the subpar quality of the nails.
