My experience at this salon was subpar. Just relocated to this neighborhood from Tampa and decided to give this salon a shot. It took 3 hours and a quarter for my pedicure and dip powder, with the pedicure lacking hot stones or a decent massage. My dip powder application was constantly interrupted. Within 4 days, my pinky nail chipped, followed by my ring finger nail on day 5. They used low-quality powder; my previous one lasted flawlessly for 4.5 weeks. This massage was truly disappointing. The room was cold, the session was cut short, and the pressure was lacking. I will be reaching out to demand a refund. My partner also had a similar experience with a therapist named Louis. The staff at this establishment exhibited shockingly poor manners. Following a month-long camping trip, I was aware that my nails needed attention. The individual attending to me remarked that it appeared as though I hadn't tended to my nails in a decade. He proceeded to insult me in various ways and then maintained silence for the remainder of the session. The pedicurist painted my nails in a manner reminiscent of a preschooler's artwork. Clearly, he needs to refine his skills in staying within the lines.
