Joann has been transforming my hair for the past five months. After seventeen years with a fantastic colorist/stylist who relocated and a brief stint with another stylist, I discovered Joann. I am thrilled with her kindness, care, and exceptional talent. Despite being completely gray (and not in a flattering way), Joann works her magic so well that it's not even noticeable. She dedicates time to understand not just her clients but their hair too.
