I’ve been going to Samantha’s for 10 years now & she’s always been great. I have never had any issues with her nor have I ever noticed Samantha having any type of issues with anyone else for that matter. Samantha is a very talented & hard working woman that does amazing nails. She is very fair with her prices & the BEST in the area. I highly recommend her so if you are looking for a good nail tech “Samantha is the BEST” in the Peekskill area she is the one to go too!!
Samantha doesn’t have any knowledge of what good customer service is. She offered a refund for a set of nails that had nail designs that fell off multiple times soon after application. She initially offered a full refund via Zelle. After the nails were removed, she changed her mind and stated she would refund $50 via Zelle. When asked to receive the full refund, Samantha became aggressive yelling inside of the store and waving her finger in my face. After she was told the police would be called, she finally told one of her girls to hand me the money. While the girl went to get change, she ordered my sister and I to leave her store while shoving us from behind. When we were outside of the store she yelled at us that we need to speak in Spanish because we look Hispanic, called us all type of names like fat and ugly. While following us outside, she followed close to my sister from behind and got in front of her face and struck her in the head with an open hand. Her husband from the barbershop and his co-workers came out of the shop and were holding my sister down while Samantha continued to pull on to her hair. The police were called. Needless to say we will never be going back and hope people stay away from them. From reviews I read on Vagaro and conversations that Samantha has in the salon regarding customers, Samantha has history of being aggressive with clients. Stay away. Pictures show the nails, workers and customer that were made to wait while she argued, Samantha following us out the store and Samantha on the ground during the altercation.
