During my initial visit, I got my lashes done, followed their instructions, and my lashes fell out overnight! I've been getting my lashes done for more than 12 years, and this has never happened before! I had an important event to attend, so I returned to the establishment hoping for a better outcome. I had to leave. The individual was extremely rude, spoke in a foreign language, and laughed at me! I will never return there. I don't usually leave reviews, but I don't want anyone else to endure what I did.
