Having naturally curly hair, I am cautious about who cuts it. Despite some reassurances, I had reservations. The cut itself was passable, but two days later, I encountered the hairdresser at a different location. Given that I am not easily forgettable, her dismissive attitude was disappointing. This lack of recognition and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression, despite my generous 35% tip.
Don't waste your money! I am far from satisfied. If the prices are increasing, the quality and time dedicated to haircuts should also improve. Despite my low expectations, I at least anticipated healthier hair, but that was not the case. Numerous sections were missed, leading to uneven growth and the spread of split ends due to the hasty haircut that lasted less than 5 minutes. 😭😤
I was hesitant to share my experience, as the individuals at this establishment were quite pleasant, but the novice hairdresser made a significant error with my hair. She inexplicably snipped my bangs from the hair near my ear. While I understand she is in training, this marks my second disappointing encounter with her. During the first visit, she spent an excessive 30 minutes combing my hair without cutting it until I had to request a different stylist. Hoping for improvement, I decided to give her another chance on my second visit, only to have my hair ruined once more. I had to return the next day for Aliza to rectify the situation, resulting in the necessity of very short layers to blend with my bangs. My once long hair now resembles a mullet, which is disheartening. While I chose this salon for its proximity to my home and convenience, I am left with damaged self-esteem, which this experience certainly did not help.
