I regret to say that our visit was quite disappointing. Both my daughter and I opted for pedicures and full sets. I specifically requested a powder French tip, but the technician applied shellac instead. Additionally, I was charged an extra $10 for a "deep French tip," a style I was unfamiliar with. The result was nails that were uneven in paint application, thickness, and length. Upon closer inspection at home, I noticed that our toes were painted haphazardly, and my daughter's nails had uneven acrylic application. Although the man at the front desk offered to redo my nails, we had already spent two hours at the salon and had prior commitments. Despite my hope to return for corrections, the overall quality of service we received was subpar. Regrettably, we will not be returning and I would caution others to explore alternative options.
On July 3, 2024, at approximately 6 PM, I walked into this establishment. To my dismay, I left with chemical burns.
