Today I visited a spa for a facial. Beforehand, I called to discuss my sensitive skin and pregnancy. I was assured it wouldn't be an issue. I opted for a 15-minute scalp massage at an extra cost. However, my esthetician was late in starting my appointment, and the entire session, including the added massage, ended 40 minutes earlier than expected. I felt let down as I was anticipating a longer service. I may not revisit as this experience did not meet my expectations set by the staff.
After my massage with Leslie, my neck knots eased, and I felt much more relaxed. She focused on the areas I mentioned, and the results were great. Amy's facial was also fantastic, and she suggested products for my sun-damaged skin. I was fortunate to be paired with them and will definitely return for more pampering.
