The experience at this salon can be quite unpredictable. There's one individual I always look forward to seeing there. She works swiftly and delivers excellent results. Unfortunately, she wasn't present during my last visit, so I took a chance with another stylist. It turned out to be a big mistake. My haircut ended up looking choppy and uneven (refer to the photo), and to my surprise, I was charged an additional $10 for having "long hair." My hair just reaches below my shoulders, so when I questioned what qualified as long hair, I was informed that anything past shoulder length was considered long. Really??? That's not long hair! And if there's an extra charge for "long" hair, why isn't it clearly stated anywhere? Why is it only revealed during checkout? The only explanation I received for the extra fee was that "the manager instructed it." I would advise avoiding this place unless you clarify the charges upfront.
