While I enjoy shopping at Ulta and exploring their product range, my experience at a specific store left me feeling tricked into signing up for a credit card. The staff member misrepresented the card as a debit-like option with rewards, leading me to unknowingly apply for a credit card instead. Dealing with the complications of setting up payments and attempting to close the account has been frustrating. I urge the store to be more accurate and transparent in their information sharing to prevent similar incidents in the future.

A customer service representative at Ulta was initially helpful but turned deceptive and unhelpful after a purchase was made. My spouse and I were misled into thinking we would receive assistance with applying makeup after buying a product, only to be directed to book a costly session with a cosmetologist. The representative's sudden change in attitude and lack of transparency left us feeling scammed and deceived. We decided to return the purchased items and will not be returning to this location in the future.
