While I enjoy shopping at Ulta and exploring their product range, my experience at a specific store left me feeling tricked into signing up for a credit card. The staff member misrepresented the card as a debit-like option with rewards, leading me to unknowingly apply for a credit card instead. Dealing with the complications of setting up payments and attempting to close the account has been frustrating. I urge the store to be more accurate and transparent in their information sharing to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I was charged $40 for a men’s haircut without a shave, even though the website said $30. Not sure if it’s because of my uniform or being new here. My regular barber charges $20 and does a better job. Asked for one thing, got another. Felt rushed. Other customers were still there from before I arrived. My second visit, was told my nails too short for painting. New in area, wanted to try new place. Regular manicure for $20, quick with base and top clear coats. Tony did feet well. Overall salon service poor. Owner insisted cash, had enough for pedicure. Friend's nails chipped, wrong color charged $25 to fix.
