As a newcomer to Oregon, I was on the hunt for a salon. When I stepped into S. Patel Salon Spa in a bit of a frenzy, just 2 days after another disappointing hair appointment, I was met with exceptional care. Brianna, the stylist, scheduled a consultation and then an appointment with me. I am beyond thrilled with the results! Brianna is a true hair artist who flawlessly brought my vision to life. Her accommodating nature made me feel completely at ease in her chair. The entire staff was fantastic, and I especially appreciated the assistant's stellar blowout. The first photo shows my hair after the previous salon visit, while the second showcases Brianna's incredible work! Huge thanks to Brianna for fitting me in so promptly (I won't be looking disheveled for Thanksgiving) and for the fabulous color job! ❤️
I really wanted to enjoy my experience at this salon. Having moved from another state, I was accustomed to Aveda salons. Treating myself to a hair appointment is my indulgence, and I've always been willing to invest in a top-notch salon. Unlike my previous Aveda salon, this place didn't offer a head massage during shampooing, a complimentary mini facial, or a hot towel post-conditioning. The overall experience lacked the luxurious, spa-like feel I was used to. The haircut was decent, but that's about all I can say.
