Firstly, Crystal is absolutely AMAZING! She is my go-to for lashes. When I first contacted her, she promptly scheduled me in and ensured I had follow-up appointments. My natural lashes were in bad shape with significant damage and gaps when I first visited the salon. Additionally, I was experiencing hair loss due to a medical condition. Over the months, Crystal has transformed my lashes, making them longer and healthier than ever. Envy stands out for the exceptional care and service provided. Crystal tailors her approach to each client, striving to deliver outstanding results. Not to mention, her prices are very reasonable for the quality of work she delivers. She is also understanding if appointments need to be rescheduled. Crystal isn't just a fantastic lash artist; she has also become a friend. I have visited OVME twice and I am deeply grateful for everyone I have encountered at OVME. During my first appointment, I was welcomed with a kind, warm, and authentic demeanor. I was offered a variety of beverages (which can be overwhelming for someone neurodivergent/autistic, but it wasn't), and the waiting area was cozy and calming. I received services from Jamie and Riley. They were both well-informed, made me feel comfortable, and guided me through each treatment. By the end of my initial visit, I knew that OVME was the perfect spa for me going forward. I have never felt this way about any other spa or medical facility. The OVME app is also very easy to use and navigate. If you are thinking about pampering yourself or simply seeking knowledge about your skin or aging, I highly recommend considering OVME. Every team member is a joy to interact with. Every acrylic set I've received from here I've adored. Today was a special mommy-daughter date at the salon. My daughter received a pedicure that was so relaxing, it actually put her to sleep, while I enjoyed a manicure. This salon has become a favorite for all the women in our household, as the staff recognizes us and provides a personalized, small-town touch that we love.
