Today was a special mommy-daughter date at the salon. My daughter received a pedicure that was so relaxing, it actually put her to sleep, while I enjoyed a manicure. This salon has become a favorite for all the women in our household, as the staff recognizes us and provides a personalized, small-town touch that we love. The nail technicians did an excellent job on both of our services, leaving us feeling pampered and satisfied.
I opted for a short, active-length full set with regular polish (no gel) and was quoted $45, only to be charged a different amount at checkout. The discrepancy in pricing was compounded by an attempt to offer me $5 in cash to compensate for the error. This lack of transparency and communication regarding pricing is unacceptable. While the quality of work was commendable, the overall experience was marred by these issues. I will not be returning if such practices persist.
Absolutely fantastic nail salon experience! I recently visited for a chin wax and ended up indulging in two additional services due to the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Martha, who performed the services, did an outstanding job! Not only did she expertly handle my chin wax, but she also skillfully waxed my boyfriend's beard. This salon surpasses any other waxing place I've been to - the process was less painful, and Martha left no stray hairs in sight. John, who did my full set, displayed a keen eye for detail, focusing on the quality and longevity of my nails. Both Martha and John also provided us with spa pedicures, complete with a wonderfully relaxing massage at the end. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every aspect of our experience was perfect made us feel truly valued. Despite living in Atlanta, I will definitely make the effort to return whenever I'm in the area. John and Martha went above and beyond - I will certainly be back!
