Nail Star

I frequent this place as much as possible due to the exceptional service, efficiency, consistency, and the outstanding work each nail technician delivers. Every acrylic set I've received from here I've adored. I've visited about 5 nail salons in PTC and this one has consistently been the best at what they do—a pleasant, hygienic, and inviting atmosphere.

I absolutely adore this nail salon! Whenever I make a call for an appointment, they are always so accommodating to my schedule. A is the absolute BEST! I bring an inspiration photo and she never disappoints!

I visited during my lunch break (I had 1 1/2 hour) for a pedicure, acrylic removal, & a manicure. It took nearly 2 1/2 hours. An elderly woman performed my pedicure, who seemed inexperienced. She barely filed them, I had to ask multiple times about my ingrown nail. She still didn't manage to remove it. I decided to leave it as it was. She painted my toes before applying lotion, so no lotion was massaged onto my feet. I received a pedicure, not a leg massage, which was not great. Regarding my nails, they didn't completely remove the acrylic. The filing was uneven. Additionally, they painted before applying lotion. Consequently, the lotion was only applied on my arms, not my hands. Once again, this was supposed to be a manicure. It should have included my hands. This establishment is unacceptable! I will never return. I paid $59 for this service and it was not worth it. I brought my own polish, yet my nails and toes look as if a child painted them. Terrible!
