The work done by these individuals is abysmal. On two separate occasions, the gel polish peeled off the very next day. A truly disappointing experience, deserving of 0 stars. 😖😖
Decided to visit this establishment based on its stellar five-star rating. The salon was impeccably clean and I felt completely at ease. The staff conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. Despite providing feedback multiple times, my technician insisted that my nails looked great. However, they turned out to be the worst set I have ever received. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the shape, but it was not rectified. Reluctantly, I acquiesced and left. The quality was subpar - lacking proper structure, flooded cuticles, and inconsistent shapes. The application was haphazard, with excessive thickness at the tips. It seemed like a lack of attention to detail. Reluctant to cause a scene during these trying times, I paid the fee, but now I must seek another salon to correct the botched job. Perhaps the technicians are out of practice due to the recent closures.
The owner and employees here are incredibly kind and Anna, in particular, is truly exceptional. She is beloved by all ❤️
