Recently moved to the area and decided to check out this nail salon. I opted for a pedicure, but unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The service felt rushed and impersonal, resembling an assembly line. The technician was rough on my feet, lacked communication, and seemed disinterested. The process felt disjointed as different individuals worked on various aspects without proper coordination. Overall, the lack of friendliness and communication left me feeling unsatisfied.
