Recently moved to the area and decided to check out this nail salon. I opted for a pedicure, but unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The service felt rushed and impersonal, resembling an assembly line. The technician was rough on my feet, lacked communication, and seemed disinterested. The process felt disjointed as different individuals worked on various aspects without proper coordination. Overall, the lack of friendliness and communication left me feeling unsatisfied. The entire session was completed in under 30 minutes, far from the relaxing experience I had hoped for.
I have visited this salon twice as a walk-in customer, and both times I was promptly accommodated. The staff was welcoming, and I was seated within a few minutes. I had a positive interaction with my technician, who helped me choose a thin acrylic layer for a natural look that turned out great. The pricing was reasonable, and I would recommend giving them a try for a pleasant nail care experience.
