Ulta offers a great range of products, and the employees have always been friendly. However, I must highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Taylor. They managed the checkout counter alone, efficiently using two registers to keep the line moving smoothly, all while maintaining a cheerful and pleasant demeanor.
My hair looks exactly the same as it did before my appointment. It may have been washed and styled, but considering the significant amount I paid, I expected more. I am extremely disappointed. I felt deceived. I was eagerly anticipating my hair transformation. ONLY PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS! I cannot speak for others, but I do not recommend this salon. The first picture is after the appointment, the second is before. I do not see any color change or highlights! I regret ever stepping foot in there. 😪
I had a wonderful time at this store! I entered this evening without an appointment and with little makeup knowledge. Alex was more than happy to assist me in finding the perfect medium coverage foundation, liquid and powder bronzer, blush, and some tools like a new powder puff. They were incredibly patient and tried numerous samples to find the perfect shades. There was no pressure when I mentioned my budget, and they expertly guided me through my options. The individual at the checkout was also very pleasant and was the one who introduced me to Alex initially. I didn't catch their name, but they were extremely kind! I truly appreciated the staff's patience and helpfulness at this location!
