Dr. Trott is an outstanding dermatologist, and Dr. Cruz is simply amazing. I had a benign issue that needed removal. Trott referred me to Cruz, who handled it with 100% success. I had consulted several reputable dermatologists previously, including Aspire, and they all claimed they couldn't address it. I am amazed and highly impressed by these professionals. Thank you for your assistance.
I was attended to by an assistant physician who barely engaged with me. I inquired with the receptionist that day if she was indeed a dermatology doctor, and she confirmed it hastily. She insisted on prescribing a cream I had already tried without success. I missed my subsequent appointment, and they did not follow up to confirm. While I was unwell at home and had forgotten, they sent me a notice threatening a fee for not canceling the appointment. In my view, this lack of empathy sets them apart negatively from other healthcare facilities. They did not make a courtesy confirmation call, nor did they send a thank-you message. My overall experience was disappointing.
I underwent my initial Mohs surgery with skin specialists this week. I felt quite anxious after viewing a YouTube video. I arrived ahead of schedule, was promptly taken in, and completed the procedure by my appointment time. Dr. Antonio Cruz's assistant, Jesus, exhibited remarkable expertise and his calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. They utilized the smallest needle possible for numbing the area, and the process was painless. Dr. Cruz was exceptional, further easing my nerves and even had me chuckling as he stitched me up during a follow-up visit. I will need to return for the removal of a basal cell on my nose, and after meeting Dr. Cruz and his team, I am eagerly looking forward to it. Their office reached out to me the day after the procedure to inquire about my well-being and pain levels. I informed them I experienced no discomfort and didn't require the Tylenol they had recommended. I am scheduled to have the stitches removed next week and am pleased to return. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering Mohs surgery. They are truly experts in skincare.
