I left feeling very let down. I went in for a $55.00 pedicure. Two individuals worked on my pedicure, and it was evident that neither of them wanted to be there. The massage was barely noticeable, and the overall service was subpar. I departed with wet polish, being told it would dry in 1 1/2 hours. Predictably, both of my big toes didn't make it till they dried. I would not recommend this place.
Always welcoming, I took my daughter here after Thanksgiving, and they did the most adorable Christmas-themed nails for her. Although they made a mistake on one nail, they promptly fixed it and even apologized for the delay. The lady had to stay a bit past closing time, but she cheerfully said, "it's okay, I love my job."
There are just 3 individuals working at this salon. One focuses solely on pedicures, while the gentleman and another lady handle nail services. The woman who worked on me was exceptionally kind and proficient in the services she provided. However, the gentleman seemed unable to stay awake. Twice he nodded off with the drill running on my toes. When I addressed the issue, he didn't offer an apology but simply said, "it'll be alright." He then dozed off again while working on my nails, prompting me to request the other woman to finish the job. In the end, I left with wet toes and cut cuticles on my fingers. I would not recommend this place.
