Saw a deal on groupon, called before buying to check for availability. Alex answer, was friendly initially, suggested not using groupon, she'd honor the discounted price. She set my appointment for the next day, cancels it 30 mins before. Well, things happen, even though she could have informed me sooner. We reschedule for monday, i arrive, big building, never mentioned the floor or suite, i called her, phone is off, i left a voicemail, no response. Yep, made me trek all the way there, to Paterson, charming town to be lost in, for nothing. I mentioned i was going on my work lunch break, she had no respect for others' time or schedules.
