She was the best teacher ever! Providing immense help and giving everything needed to start. The environment was nice and clean.
She displayed politeness but lacked the professionalism expected from a seasoned artist, coming off more like a novice. During the session, she had her baby with her, dividing attention between the baby and doing my eyeliner. Despite my specific request for a particular eyeliner look, the outcome was disappointing. When seeking her opinion, she offered little guidance, often responding with "I don't know, whatever you want" or "it's up to you." Professional conduct should involve guiding the customer effectively, which was lacking in this experience. The end result was unsatisfactory, with one eyeliner noticeably larger and thicker than the other. I would not choose that eyeliner look again, and I won't be returning for any services.
