I had a gel manicure done by a person, two days later it started chipping. I contacted the owner through Instagram and she was very understanding, so she arranged for someone else to fix it. The individual who fixed it was quite rude!! I requested her not to file down my nails because they are delicate. She scratched my hand to demonstrate that she wasn't applying too much pressure.. SHE LEFT MARKS ON MY HAND!! She boasted about how skilled she is in what she does, and how professional her work is.. Very conceited and displayed an attitude in everything she said. Her name was Sari if I remember correctly. It was highly unprofessional and just a shame to have to deal with such a conceited rude person. Having expertise in the manicure industry does not make her a good employee. I won't be returning. Check out the picture of my hand after she filed my hand hahaha almost sounds like a joke!!
Sugar It Up Spa is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Remy and Sugar work miracles on my nails and lashes every single time. Melissa, the receptionist, is incredibly kind and attentive. I've suggested this lovely place to all my friends and family. 💖😊
I've been getting my lashes done by Sugar for around 4 years & she never fails to impress! She delivers exactly what I request each & every time. She accommodates me if necessary, has been understanding the few times I arrived late. She's incredibly professional, efficient & just a lovely person! Her spa is stunning, spotless & has a great vibe. I highly recommend her.
