Natalie is an incredibly talented manicurist - her designs are truly unique and her professionalism is unparalleled. I have been exclusively visiting her for the past 3 years, and the results speak for themselves. The ambiance at Cuteticles Nail is inviting, and the entire staff, including Natalie, are not only amicable but consistently polite. The variety of colors they offer is truly impressive. I had a gel manicure done by a person, two days later it started chipping. I contacted the owner through Instagram and she was very understanding, so she arranged for someone else to fix it. The individual who fixed it was quite rude!! I requested her not to file down my nails because they are delicate. She scratched my hand to demonstrate that she wasn't applying too much pressure.. SHE LEFT MARKS ON MY HAND!! She boasted about how skilled she is in what she does, and how professional her work is.. Very conceited and displayed an attitude in everything she said. Her name was Sari if I remember correctly. It was highly unprofessional and just a shame to have to deal with such a conceited rude person. Having expertise in the manicure industry does not make her a good employee. I won't be returning. I arrived without an appointment, having been told over the phone that one was unnecessary. Upon reaching the location, I stood at the entrance without receiving any acknowledgment for 10 minutes. I visited this salon for a waxing service, and was given a dirty towel to cover up with. The person in charge of waxing left after just 10 minutes, leaving me with a girl who openly admitted she disliked waxing. She struggled to apply the wax properly, resulting in severe bruising that I've never experienced before. If you're not skilled in the job, it's better to be honest and decline the service. I'm rating this place one star only because the staff was friendly. Avoid coming here for waxing services.
