I visited this salon for a waxing service, and was given a dirty towel to cover up with. The person in charge of waxing left after just 10 minutes, leaving me with a girl who openly admitted she disliked waxing. She struggled to apply the wax properly, resulting in severe bruising that I've never experienced before. If you're not skilled in the job, it's better to be honest and decline the service. I'm rating this place one star only because the staff was friendly. Avoid coming here for waxing services. I was charged $60 for a disappointing experience.
Undoubtedly the most disappointing service I've ever received, a complete waste of time and money. This was my first and last visit, truly disheartening 😔
I've been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, starting from my teenage years. It's the best place for getting eyebrows threaded, and I'm always delighted with the results. Even after moving 30 minutes away, I continue to drive to Passaic because I won't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I highly recommend this place! It's clean, and the staff is consistently friendly. The only downside is that parking can be challenging depending on the time of your visit. It's best to go earlier in the day.
