The level of rudeness is simply unacceptable. If you aim to succeed in a customer-oriented business, such behavior will only drive people away. I would not recommend receiving services from someone with such a negative attitude.
I am completely frustrated by the poor quality of service in this establishment, significant language barrier and a tendency to rush customers. Despite being a loyal patron for years due to family tradition, I have never had a positive experience here. Today, despite providing detailed descriptions and even showing a reference photo of the desired haircut twice, I received the worst haircut of my life. I have decided to part ways with this establishment and its incompetent barbers and stylists.
Rosy is exceptional! She is extremely pleasant and consistently delivers excellent results!
