This nail salon is the worst I have ever experienced. The establishment is overcrowded and disorganized, with everyone appearing unhappy and fatigued. Despite repeatedly informing the gentleman about the unevenness of my nails, he seemed oblivious and took two hours to complete a full set. Even after adjustments, they remain uneven. The top coat seems to be aged, as it is riddled with air bubbles. I paid $63 for this service, and I am deeply dissatisfied. I strongly recommend avoiding this salon and opting for Road 68 Nails located nearby.
I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by this establishment. I phoned at 9:57 in the morning to schedule an appointment for 11 am. Arrived at 10:55 am. It took approximately 25-30 minutes for them to attend to my daughter, completing her manicure around 11:50. However, they had not even started on mine by then. When I decided not to proceed with my nails, they simply said, "I apologize, we are understaffed." They should have informed me of this when I made the appointment. During the wait, two individuals inquired if I wanted a manicure or a full set. Upon mentioning a full set, they moved on to the next customer. To add to the frustration, in the last 10 minutes of my visit, a mother and daughter arrived for pedicures and were promptly taken care of. I will not be returning to this salon.
I am awarding two stars solely for the lady who performed my pedicure 💕. However, I am utterly disappointed with the quality of my manicure 😭. I regret not speaking up and allowing the older lady to complete the job, as my nails now look dreadful 😭.
