My daughter has struggled to find someone to truly care & get her hair done Right with highlights. She saw Robin Parsons on Saturday and hands down Robin is the BEST. My daughter now Loves her hair and we both are truly THANKFUL ♥️

Took my 14 year old daughter for a regular cut with bangs on 2/24. Daughter showed jaz suite#2 a couple of pictures what wanted. At first she did a good cutting her hair but at end she ask my daughter if she want cut her bangs a bit more! My daughter reply (little bit). Big MISTAKE she started twisting cutting her bangs with a thinning scissor giving her choppy bangs! I can see my daughter face but my daughter is very humble and said I like it with a serious face. But as soon step out of that door my daughter started crying upset mom this is not what I showed jaz pictures. Later I reach out to jaz and I send pictures. Jaz reply stating that my daughter ask for short choppy bangs. That she has to get used to choppy bags! That she NEVER ASK! And that there's nothing she can do! Thought I took her to a PROFESSIONAL but you are NOT near a professional. Not caring at all! IS SOOO BAD THAT MY DAUGHTER doesn't want to attemd school because she is scared kids will make fun of her. IS MIND BLOWING🤯 A simple come back let's try fixing the issue would of be nice and more professional. BE CAREFULL THIS LADIE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT BANGS AND SHE LOVES USING THAT THINNING CISSORS BACK AND FRONT! You can SEE the before and after PICTURES. This women errased my daughter BEAUTIFUL smile. BE CAREFUL! THIS LADIE WILL CHOP OF YOUR HAIR AND THEN BLAME IT ON YOU. AND THEN WITH A SIMPLE REPLY THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO! BE CAREFUL 🧐
