Arranged an appointment for my dad to have his hair & makeup done and they did an exceptional job! His hair and makeup held up all night! The proprietor was incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcomed. I highly suggest this establishment.
Our hair, mine and my son's, was severely damaged. I had to trim off about 5 inches. Throughout our vacation, all I could smell was burnt hair. My son's "updo" didn't even last an hour. They instruct you to wash your hair without using conditioner. However, it's evident they don't apply heat protectant. I did provide them an opportunity to reach out to me regarding this issue but received no response. 🤷🏻♀️
